BENCH $500 DIGITAL GIFT CARD CONTEST – OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor. This contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Freemark Apparel Brands International, 5375 Chem. Cote-de-Liesse, Saint-Laurent, Quebec, H4P 1A1 (the "Sponsor"), and promoted through the Bench.ca brand and its official Facebook and Instagram accounts.

2. Contest Period. The Contest begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period"). Entries made outside the Contest Period are void.

3. Eligibility. The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, agents, officers and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members and members of their household, are not eligible. Entrants must have a public Facebook or Instagram account in good standing that complies with the platform's terms of use.

4. How to Enter. During the Contest Period, participants must:

• Facebook: Like the Contest post and tag at least one friend in a comment.
• Instagram: Like the Contest post and tag at least one friend in a comment.

One entry per person, regardless of whether the entrant participates through Facebook or Instagram.

Your account must be public at the time of entry and through the winner selection process so that your entry can be verified. The Sponsor may ask the selected entrant to show that both entry actions were completed.

Limit of one (1) entry per person for the entire Contest, across both Facebook and Instagram. Multiple comments, multiple tags, or entering on more than one platform do not create additional entries, and duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize. One (1) prize: a $500 CAD digital gift card redeemable at Bench.ca only, subject to the gift card's terms and conditions. Approximate retail value: $500 CAD. The prize will be delivered by email to the winner. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash equivalent, and cannot be substituted or exchanged, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original is unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize.

6. Winner Selection. On or about November 2, 2026, after the Contest Period closes, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period, at Saint-Laurent, Quebec. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification. The selected entrant will be contacted by direct message from the verified official Bench account on the platform used to enter. The selected entrant must respond within seven (7) days of notification and may be required to provide information needed to confirm eligibility and deliver the prize, and to sign a declaration and release form. Bench will never ask for payment, banking information or passwords to claim the prize. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the entrant will be disqualified, and another eligible entrant may be selected at random.

8. Skill-Testing Question. Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question, as required by Canadian law.

9. Winner Announcement. The winner's first name and province of residence are expected to be announced on or about November 3, 2026 through the official Bench social media account used to promote the Contest, subject to confirmation of eligibility. If a re-draw is required, the announcement date may be later. To request the winner's name after the announcement, contact info@bench.ca by November 15^th, 2026.

10. General Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity of the Contest. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, uses fraudulent or automated means of participation, or otherwise interferes with the proper conduct of the Contest.

11. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor and its affiliates, agents and representatives are not responsible for any technical failure, lost, late or misdirected entries or messages, or any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Contest or from accepting, possessing or using the prize.

12. Publicity. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor's use of their first name, province of residence and, if provided, photo or likeness, in connection with announcing the winner, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

13. 14. Social Media Disclaimer. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. By participating, entrants release Facebook, Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability relating to the Contest. Any questions or complaints about the Contest should be directed to the Sponsor, not the platforms.

15. Governing Law. This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
